'The poems of Mark Little are a shot of adrenaline on a listless afternoon. Some read like a tender prayer, others simply regale us, unapologetic and unbowed like the agitator and absurdist he is.'
Neil Finn. Singer, songwriter and musician.
Best known as a regular guest on Chanel 5's The Wright Stuff and as Joe Mangel from Neighbours, Mark was writing poetry long before he was acting.
Outspoken and honest, his poetry has only previously been available in self produced fanzines at his events. We are delighted to offer his first published collection of his poetry.
Mark is also a fan of charcoal drawings and dotted throughout the book are his 'charcoal emojis'. He also created the cover, the less that perfect look, reflecting the fact that art can change and evolve, so smudges and fingerprints are all part of the design.
Poetry for grown ups, some poems contain strong language, but if you are familiar with Mark you will know that he is not one to play it safe and he tells it like it is.
