Post and Packing Charges.

Postal charges are based on weight of the items purchased plus a small charge for packaging. If you are planning on ordering a large quantity, then please get in touch as we will source the best way of sending your parcel for you.

UK Costs. Sent Royal Mail First Class.

Up to 120g = £1.45 (1 small book e.g. Mia and the Woodshed Cats)

Up to 400g = £1.85 (2 small or 1 larger book e.g. The Blueprint)

Up to 750g = £2.60 (2-3 books)

1-2kg, sent by Courier £5.20

If you are ordering more than 4 books, please get in touch as we may well be able to reduce the postage costs for you. 

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us first, so we can calculate the best postal options for you. Overseas postage is by International Standard, aiming for a 7 day delivery, if you are ordering large amounts or are happy to have a slower delivery, please get in touch and we will let you know the postal charges/options.

Terms and Conditions.

We want you to be happy with all your dealings with FBS but we realise that sometimes things go wrong, and when they do we want to put right as soon as possible.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt of goods, the purchaser is usually liable for the return postage. 

If you need to cancel an order, please email us including your order details and if possible a contact telephone number.

All the books are new unless stated. All books are signed by the author unless stated and can be dedicated if you wish. Please double check you have listed the name correctly, responsibility cannot be taken for names spelt incorrectly on the form. The name will be written as you write it, so for example, if you write 'Anne Droyd', that is how it will appear, if you put  Anne,' the book will be dedicated to Anne.

All books leave us in perfect condition, if your book arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and with in 7 days. We will then sort out the best plan of action.

If you have any queries, please get in touch at the earliest possibility. Most issues can be solved easily  and promptly but only if you tell us! 

If you have special requests such as receiving a book by a specific date, please contact us. We will do our best to carry out your wishes.

We obtain proof of posting for all books, larger parcels may have tracking details which will be sent to you when the order is despatched. If you have not received your order within 7 days of despatch, please get in touch.

Privacy and Cookies. (Brief)

Your privacy is important to us. We will never pass on or sell your details to any third party. Your information will only be used to contact you about your orders or answer your questions, or if you have agreed, to receive product updates and news.

Your payments are processed securely via PayPal, we do not have access to your credit/debit card details. 

This website sets performance cookies. These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. All email enquiries received via our website are deleted after 30 days, unless we are involved in a continuing correspondence with you.

All financial details relating to your order are not visible to us at anytime. We retain your order details, name, address, phone number (if provided) and email which will only be used in relation to your order.

If you have signed up to our newsletter, we will retain your name and email address. You can unsubscribe at anytime and your details will be removed.

All your personal details with regards to placing orders or other contact such as newletters, are all held securely. In the unlikely event of any breach of your data, you will be informed.
